摘要
针对船舶含油污水所具有的高含油量、高COD、可生化性低的特点,设计“隔油+气浮+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+水解酸化+接触氧化+MBR+消毒”的污水处理工艺进行处理。项目运行结果显示,该工艺对船舶含油污水具有较好的处理效果,实际处理污水9.9×10~4 m~3/a,COD、氨氮的去除率达98.00%和98.30%,出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。
Aiming at the characteristics of oily wastewater from ships,containing high content of COD and poor biodegradability.A "Fenton oxidation + hydrolytic acidification + contact oxidation + MBR method" combined process was designed.The result showed that the process is highly effective in treating marine sewage,with annual actual sewage treatment of 99,000 tonnes.The average removal rate of CODCr and NH_3-N reached 98.00% and 98.30%,respectively.The effluent water quality met the indirect discharge requirement of GB18918-2002 discharge requirement of water pollutants.
