摘要
在一台1.5 L配备有采取阿特金森循环的废气再循环系统(exhaust gas recirculation,EGR)的自然吸气混动汽油机上,使用蝶阀和提升阀对EGR系统进行控制研究,分析其对发动机的影响。结果表明,蝶阀在流量与开度的线性度上要优于提升阀,但气密性差于提升阀,在小负荷工况时会影响发动机的燃烧稳定性。
This article studies the EGR system control used by a throttle valve and a lift valve on a naturally aspirated hybrid gasoline engine equipped with a 1.5 L Atkinson cycle and an exhaust gas recirculation system,and analyze its effects for the engine.The results show that the linearity of the throttle valve in terms of flow rate and opening degree is superior to that of the lift valve,but the air tightness is inferior to that of the lift valve,which affects the combustion stability of the engine under low load conditions.
