摘要
AlN具有优异的热性能、电性能及光学性能,在电子封装材料、光学材料、陶瓷基板材料、功能材料、结构材料等领域应用广泛。高品质纳米AlN粉体是相关新型材料获得高性能的基础,在当下具有应用前景及商业价值,其粉体制备工艺仍具备较大的发展潜力。本文梳理分析了多种纳米级AlN粉末的制备工艺,并讨论了其发展前景及优化方向。
AlN has excellent thermal,electrical and optical properties and is widely used in electronic packaging materials,optical materials,ceramic substrate materials,functional materials,structural materials and other fields.High-quality nano-AlN powder is the basis of the relevant new materials to achieve high performance,in the current application prospects and commercial value,its powder preparation process has even greater potential for development.In this paper,a variety of nanoscale AlN powder preparation processes are reviewed and analyzed,and their development prospects and optimization directions are discussed.
