干法脱硫灰制备高纯硫酸钙的实验研究

Experimental Study on Preparation of High-Purity Calcium Sulfate from Dry Desulfurization Ash

为了实现干法脱硫灰的资源化利用,通过亚硫酸钙氧化等工艺制备出了高纯硫酸钙粉体,并确定了最佳实验方法:将70 g脱硫灰投入300 mL水中,加入45 g过氧化氢,反应90 min,再加入550 g稀硫酸反应60 min。亚硫酸钙的转化率为97.86%,产品中硫酸钙的含量为98.84%。该工艺技术方法对干法脱硫灰的资源化利用具有较高的借鉴价值。

In order to realize the resource utilization of dry desulfurization ash,the high-purity calcium sulfate powder by calcium sulfite oxidation and other process is prepared.The best experimental method are determined,70 g desulfurization ash is put into 300 mL water,45 g hydrogen peroxide is added,and the reaction lasts for 90 minutes,and then 550 g dilute sulfuric acid is added for 60 minutes.The conversion rate of calcium sulfite is 97.86%,and the content of calcium sulfate in the product is 98.84%.This technology has high reference value for the resource utilization of dry desulphurization ash.
