丙烯酸防水涂料与沥青防水卷材的相容性及耐老化性能研究

Study on Compatibility and Aging Resistance of Acrylic Waterproofing Coating and Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane

制备了一款可与沥青防水卷材复合使用的新型丙烯酸防水涂料,通过试验研究了该涂料与沥青防水卷材的相容性及耐老化性能。结果表明,该丙烯酸防水涂料与沥青防水卷材复合使用时粘结性能优异,两者的剥离强度可达2.94N/mm,且涂膜可有效阻隔沥青中小分子油的迁移,延长防水体系的使用寿命;该丙烯酸防水涂料耐老化性能优异,无需添加抗老化剂,成本较低。

A new type of acrylic waterproofing coating is prepared,which can be used in combination with bitumen waterproofing membrane.Its compatibility with bitumen waterproofing membrane and aging resistance are studied through experiments.The results show that the adhesive property of the acrylic waterproofing coating and bitumen waterproofing membrane is excellent,the peel strength of the two can reach 2.94 N/mm,and the coating film can effectively block the migration of small and medium bitumen molecular,and extend the service life of the waterproofing system;the acrylic waterproofing coating has excellent aging resistance,no need to add anti-aging agents,and cost is low.
