钢网架柔性下挂转换结构一体化不等高分步提升技术

摘要 钢结构提升工艺的应用极大地提高了施工效率和作业人员安全保障水平。成都金沙演艺综合体项目舞台及观众厅屋面采用焊接球网架,并设计有转换层、轮滑梁层、格栅层体系。施工前,分析网架与下挂转换结构组合体强度、刚度和稳定性并开展深化设计、验算验证和模拟施工;提升过程中,加强监测。采用柔性节点将转换结构下挂于钢网架底部,在地面拼装完成后作为多体系组合体累积提升。高度集成的提升技术适应了趋于多样化的建筑特点和施工工况,同时减少了高空作业,提高了施工效率,缩短了工期。 The application of the steel lifting process significantly increases construction productivity and operator safety.The stage and audience hall roof of Chengdu Jinsha Performing Arts Complex are constructed with a welded ball grid and three systems:a conversion layer,a wheeled beam layer,and a grille layer.Before construction,the strength,stiffness and stability of the combination of the grid structure and the underhanging structure are analyzed,and the detailed design,verification and simulation construction are carried out.During the lifting period,the monitoring is strengthened.The flexible joint is used to hang the conversion structure at the bottom of the steel grid,and it is accumulated as a multi-system combination after being assembled on the ground.The highly integrated lifting technology adapts to the diversified building characteristics and construction conditions,and reduces the high-altitude operation,improves the construction efficiency and shortens the construction period.
