基于5G技术的IQ调制器调制精度优化设计

摘要 针对直流失调与正交信号的正交误差会造成调制器调制误差增大这一问题,文中提出了一种方案来模拟校正IQ调制器中的直流失调与相位误差,以提升调制精度。首先,阐述了相关技术与理论基础;其次,深入分析与探讨了出现调制误差的原因;接着,介绍了IQ调制器的边带抑制与本振泄露;最后,对IQ调制器调制精度进行了优化设计,包括直流失调与相位误差的校正、边带抑制及本振泄露的优化设计等,以期为IQ调制器的调制精度优化提供有益的指导与借鉴。 Aiming at the problem that the quadrature error of DC offset and quadrature signal will cause the modulation error of the modulator to increase,this paper proposes a scheme to simulate and correct the DC offset and phase error in the IQ modulator to improve the modulation accuracy.First,the relevant technology and theoretical basis are expounded;second,the reasons for modulation errors are deeply analyzed and discussed;then,the sideband suppression and local oscillator leakage of the IQ modulator are introduced;finally,the modulation accuracy of the IQ modulator is optimized,including the correction of DC offset and phase error,sideband suppression and the optimization design of local oscillator leakage,etc.,to provide useful guidance and reference for the optimization of the modulation accuracy of the IQ modulator.
