学科核心素养视域下初中信息技术教师教学能力框架构建研究

摘要 文中旨在设计和应用一种适用于核心素养背景下的初中信息技术教师教学能力框架。首先,说明了核心素养视域下初中信息技术教师教学能力框架的构建方法、原则和工具,然后应用扎根理论的三级编码,对收集到的质性资料进行统计学分析,应用信度、效度等手段,保证教学能力框架的科学性。其次,通过专家访谈,问卷调查等方式,再次修正了初中信息技术教师教学能力框架。最后,对该教学能力框架进行了解读和应用建议,以帮助初中信息技术教师更好地理解和应用该框架,提高教学质量和效果。同时,该框架也能为初中信息技术课程的优化提供支持,促进教师的专业发展。因此,相关部门和教师应积极推广和应用该框架,以推动初中信息技术教学的发展和进步。 The purpose of this paper is to design and apply a teaching ability framework for junior high school IT teachers in the context of core literacy.First,the construction methods,principles and tools of the teaching ability framework for junior high school IT teachers from the perspective of core literacy are explained,and then the collected qualitative data are statistically analyzed by applying grounded theory and three-level coding,and the reliability,validity and other means are used to ensure the scientific nature of the teaching ability framework.Secondly,through expert interviews,questionnaires and other means,the teaching ability framework for junior high school IT teachers is revised again.Finally,the teaching ability framework is interpreted and applied to help junior high school IT teachers better understand and apply the framework to improve teaching quality and effect.At the same time,the framework can also provide support for the optimization of junior high school information technology courses and promote teachers professional development.Therefore,it is recommended that relevant departments and teachers actively promote and apply the framework to promote the development and progress of junior high school information technology teaching.
