As a teaching reform method under the condition of“Internet+”,flipped classroom teaching mode has strong adaptability and practicability,and has been widely concerned and applied in the teaching reform of colleges and universities.This paper discusses how to improve the teaching quality and effect of colleges and universities through flipped classroom teaching reform under the condition of“Internet+”,aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for the reform of college education.
