基于一致性算法的柔性负荷参与调频方法研究

摘要 为提高可再生能源消纳能力,提出利用柔性负荷平衡功率缺额进行频率调节的方法。在新能源发电功率、日刚需负荷的多时间尺度预测结果基础上制订火力发电厂的出力计划与调度计划,随着时间尺度越接近,预测结果越精确,功率缺额越小,因此可采用一致性算法实时优化柔性负荷进行调频。首先建立调度层、负荷代理协调层及响应层3层调频控制架构,通过分布式负荷代理协调柔性负荷的需求响应。然后建立储能型柔性负荷、开关型柔性负荷的调度成本模型。最后以增量成本为一致性变量,调度成本最小为目标函数,进行分布式负荷代理的功率分配。仿真结果表明,该方法可实现在各负荷代理间进行功率缺额分配,并实现调度成本最低。 In order to improve the absorption capacity of renewable energy,a method of frequency modulation(FM)using flexible load to balance power shortage is proposed.The output plan and dispatching plan of thermal power plant are made on the basis of the multi-time scale prediction results of new energy power generation power and daily rigid demand load.As the time scale is closer,the prediction result is more accurate and the power gap is smaller.Therefore,the consistency algorithm can be used to optimize the flexible load for frequency regulation in real time.Firstly,the three-layer FM control architecture of dispatching layer,load agent coordin-ation layer and response layer is established,and the demand response of flexible load is coordinated by distributed load agent.Then the scheduling cost models of energy storage flexible load and switching flexible load are established.Finally,the power allocation of the distributed load agent is carried out by taking the incremental cost as the consistent variable and the minimum scheduling cost as the objective function.The simulation results show that this method can realize the power vacancy allocation among the load agents and minimize the scheduling cost.
