摘要
基于布迪厄场域理论的分析,卓越工程师产教融合培养涉及政治场域、经济场域和教育场域,不同主体依据掌握的资本对卓越工程师产教融合培养产生不同的影响。以场域、资本、惯习为线索,卓越工程师产教融合培养的场域困境在于:政治场域权力边界模糊影响产教融合的主动性;经济资本供给有限影响卓越工程师产教融合培养的深入;社会资本不足使规模小的产业难以获得群体认同;文化资本存量有限影响产业参与的积极性。对此,未来需通过完善制度设计,优化卓越工程师产教融合培养的现实环境,优化主体交往结构,增强主体间的信任,引导资本运用与积累,提升主体参与的主动性,搭建产教融合平台,推进人才培养质量提升,以深化卓越工程师产教融合培养。
Based on the analysis of Bourdieu s field theory,the integration of Production and Education of excellent engineers involves political field,economic field and educational field,and the capital of different subjects has different influences on the integration of Production and Education of excellent engineers.Taking the field,capital and habitus as clues,the field dilemma of the integration of production and education for excellent engineers lies in that the blurred power boundary of the political field affects the initiative of integration of production and education,the limited supply of economic capital affects the in-depth integration of production and education for excellent engineers,the lack of social capital makes it difficult for small scale industries to obtain group identity,and the limited stock of cultural capital affects the enthusiasm of industrial participation.In this regard,in the future,it is necessary to deepen the integration of production and education training of excellent engineers by improving the system design and optimizing the realistic environment for the integration of production and education training of excellent engineers,improving the interaction structure of subjects and enhancing trust among them,guiding the use and accumulation of capital,enhancing the initiative of main body participation and building a platform for the integration of production and education,promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
