丙烯腈生产废水处理工程实例

摘要 针对丙烯腈生产废水具有难降解有机物浓度高、总氮浓度高、毒性大、成分复杂的特点,采用“臭氧催化氧化+混凝沉淀+改进A/O”组合工艺进行处理,介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备设计参数、调试难点及方法,并对工程运行效果和成本进行了分析。运行结果表明,该工艺具有耐冲击负荷、运行稳定、管理方便的特点。丙烯腈生产废水采用本技术组合工艺处理后,出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、SS、总氰化物(TCN)分别稳定在34~97、0.3~2.7、9~26、8~23、0~0.1 mg/L,完全满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)表2间接排放标准要求,而出水中有机特征污染物丙烯腈则满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)表3排放限值要求,满足该区域集中污水处理厂接管标准。 Aiming at the characteristics of acrylonitrile production wastewater with high concentration of refractory organic matter,high total nitrogen concentration,high toxicity and complex composition,the combined process of “ozone catalytic oxidation+coagulation precipitation+improved A/O” was used to treat the wastewater.The process,main structure and equipment design parameters,debugging difficulties and methods were introduced,and the operation effect and cost were analyzed.The operation results showed that the process has the characteristics of shock load resistance,stable operation and convenient management.After the acrylonitrile production wastewater was treated by this combination process,the mass concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,SS,TN and TCN were stable at 34-97,0.3-2.7,9-26,8-23,0-0.1 mg/L,which could fully meets the indirect emission standard in Table 2 of the Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 31571-2015),while the organic characteristic pollutant acrylonitrile in the effluent was detected to meet the emission limits in Table 3 of the Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 31571-2015),and satisfied takeover standards in the regional centralized sewage treatment plant.
