摘要
主动性人格作为重要的人格特质之一,是决定个体行为的关键因素。以三元交互理论为依据,建立大学生创业准备行为模型,探讨大学生创业准备行为的形成机制,揭示主动性人格、创业教育和创业准备行为间的内在联系。对黑龙江省高校大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明:创业教育正向显著预测创业准备行为;创业教育对大学生主动性人格具有积极影响;大学生主动性人格正向预测大学生创业准备行为;大学生主动性人格部分中介了创业教育与创业准备行为的关系。基于实证研究结论,提出了高校应在创业理论教育与创业实践教育中强化主动性人格的培养。
As one of the important personality traits,proactive personality is the key factor to determine individual behavior.This paper establishes a model of college students'entrepreneurial preparation behavior based on the Ternary Interaction Theory,explores the formation mechanism of college students'entrepreneurial preparation behavior,and reveals the internal relationship between proactive personality,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial preparation behavior.The results of the questionnaire survey of college students in Heilongjiang Province show that:Entrepreneurial education is significantly predicting entrepreneurial preparation behavior;Entrepreneurial education has a positive impact on college students'proactive personality;College students'proactive personality positively predicts college students'entrepreneurial preparation behavior;College students'proactive personality partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Based on the conclusion of the empirical study,it is suggested that universities should strengthen the cultivation of proactive personality in the education of entrepreneurship theory and practice.
