基于专利布局的中日人工智能技术竞争分析

摘要 在中日首个自贸协定——RCEP背景下,中日人工智能产业的竞争与交流将更为密切。国家间专利布局比较是分析技术竞争及科技战略的重要方法,对两国专利布局竞争态势的研究可以为中国在新阶段取得更大经济效益与社会效益提供方向。以专利信息为依据,基于专利布局与技术追赶理论,从技术竞争力与专利布局两方面对中日人工智能产业发展态势进行比较研究,对未来中国在人工智能领域的追赶方式进行分析。研究表明,中国人工智能产业发展总体已超过日本,人才后备力量充足,应用层产业位居世界前列,但基础层技术落后于日本。最后从技术热点和市场布局两方面提出未来中国人工智能技术追赶策略。 In the context of the first free trade agreement between China and Japan-RCEP,competition and exchange in the artificial intelligence industry between China and Japan will become closer.The layout of patents between countries is an important method for analyzing technological competition and technological strategies.Studying the competitive situation of patent layout between two countries can provide direction for China to achieve greater economic and social benefits in the new stage.Based on patent information and the theory of patent layout and technological catch-up,this study compares the development trend of China and Japan’s artificial intelligence industry from two aspects:technological competitiveness and patent layout,and analyzes China’s future catch-up methods in the field of artificial intelligence.Research has shown that the overall development of China’s artificial intelligence industry has surpassed that of Japan,with sufficient talent reserves and a leading position in the application layer industry in the world.However,the basic layer technology lags behind Japan.Finally,propose future strategies for catching up with China’s artificial intelligence technology from two aspects:technological hotspots and market layout.
