摘要 随着人工智能时代的到来,大数据相关技术和方法在物流管理中的应用逐渐成为了研究热点。基于CiteSpace和LDA主题模型对Web of Science数据库中2010-2022年发表的与物流管理大数据相关的408篇文献进行了梳理和分析。研究发现,与物流管理中大数据相关的论文数量呈逐年增加的趋势。其中,供应链管理、人工智能、可预测分析、逆向物流等是目前物流管理大数据的研究热点;基于数据和物流的可持续性发展、基于技术和信息的数字化决策等研究在当前物流管理领域受到广泛关注。 With the advent of the artificial intelligence era,the application of big data related technologies and methods in logistics management has gradually become a research hotspot.Based on CiteSpace and the LDA topic model,this paper analyzes and summarizes 408 articles related to big data in logistics management published in the Web of Science database from 2010 to 2022.The research found that the number of articles on big data in logistics management has shown an increasing trend year by year.Among them,supply chain management,artificial intelligence,predictive analytics,reverse logistics,etc are currently hot research topics in the application of big data in logistics management;research on sustainable logistics development based on data and logistics,digitized decision-making based on technologies and information,has received extensive attention and aroused great research interest in the current field of logistics management.
