摘要
为了探究冶金矿山智慧化建设的有效途径与方法,针对冶金矿山发展背景和实施智慧矿山建设过程中存在的系统间集成融合、系统数据价值的挖掘应用和一体化管控应用技术架构不合理等问题,结合太钢矿业智慧矿山建设实践,从智慧矿山规划与设计、信息化管理平台整合升级、装备智能化升级和智慧矿山管理指标评价体系的建立等方面进行研究。分析得出:科学规划与设计,充分应用现代新科技,找准切入点和重要抓手,建立健全智慧矿山管理评价指标体系建设,是稳步推进智慧矿山建设和实现冶金矿山智慧化转型和高质量发展的有效途径和方法。
In order to explore the effective ways and methods of intelligent construction of metallurgical mines,in view of the problems existing in the development background of metallurgical mines and the implementation of intelligent mine construction,such as the integration and integration of systems,the min-ing and application of system data value and the unreasonable technical framework of integrated management and control application,combined with the construction practice of intelligent mines in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Mining Co.,Ltd.,studies the planning and design of intelligent mines,the integration and upgrading of information management platform,the intelligent upgrading of equipment and the establishment of intelligent mine management index evaluation system.It is concluded that scientific planning and design,full application of modern new technology,and identification of entry points and important starting points.Establishing and improving the construction of intelligent mine management evaluation index system is an effective way and method to steadily promote the construction of intelligent mines and realize the intelligent transformation and high-quality development of metallurgical mines.
