秘鲁某铜钼矿石工艺矿物学及分选性能研究

摘要 为了提高秘鲁某铜钼矿石的利用率,针对矿石的物质组成、矿物赋存状态等进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中可回收元素Cu含量为0.65%,其中96.92%的铜以硫化物形式存在,矿石Mo含量为0.01%,其中91.00%的钼呈辉钼矿产出;矿石中铜矿物为中细粒不均匀嵌布、辉钼矿为微细粒均匀嵌布、黄铁矿为中粗粒不均匀嵌布。推荐选矿流程:-0.075 mm占50%磨矿细度条件下进行铜钼硫的混合浮选作业综合回收包括铜矿物、黄铁矿和辉钼矿在内的全部金属硫化物,然后对混合浮选精矿进行铜硫分离作业分别得到铜精矿1和硫精矿1产品;之后对硫精矿产品细磨至-0.075 mm占65%再次进行铜硫分离作业获得铜精矿2和最终硫精矿产品;将铜精矿1和铜精矿2混合成综合铜精矿产品,然后对其进行铜钼分离作业,最后获得最终铜精矿和钼精矿产品。 In order to improve the utilization rate of a copper-molybdenum ore in Peru,a detailed process mineralogy study was carried out on the material composition and mineral occurrence state of the ore.The results show that the recoverable element Cu content in the ore is 0.65%,of which 96.92%of copper exists in the form of sulfide,and the Mo content in the ore is 0.01%,of which 91.00%of molybdenum is molyb-denite.The copper minerals in the ore are unevenly embedded in medium-fine particles,molybdenite is evenly embedded in micro-fine particles,and pyrite is unevenly embedded in medium-coarse particles.The recommended beneficiation process is as follows:the mixed flotation operation of copper,molybdenum and sulfur is carried out under the condition of-0.075 mm 50%grinding fineness to comprehensively recover all metal sulfides including copper minerals,pyrite and molybdenite,and then the copper and sulfur separation operation is carried out on the mixed flotation concentrate to obtain copper concentrate 1 and sulfur concentrate 1 products respectively.After that,the sulfur concentrate product was finely ground to-0.075 mm accounting for 65%,and the copper-sulfur separation operation was carried out again to obtain copper concentrate 2 and final sulfur concentrate product.The copper concentrate 1 and copper concentrate 2 are mixed into a comprehensive copper concentrate product,and then the copper-molybdenum separation operation is carried out to obtain the final copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate products.
