带有自流分水管线的泵站运行工况及过渡过程分析

摘要 环县城乡供水第三净水厂工程泵站供水管线沿线分水,且其中一条分支管线呈重力流式,分支管不同的流量分配,对应的管路特性曲线不同,水泵运行工况十分复杂。通过绘制管路特性曲线与水泵特性曲线图,依次分析可能出现的各个工况、水泵运行状态及重力流式分水管末端是否减压,以指导泵站投入使用后正常运行。另外,基于Bentley HAMMER V8i水锤分析软件分析重力流式分支管末端阀门关闭后水泵及管路系统的水力过渡过程,通过设置合理的关阀时间,将系统压力和流量波动降至最低。最后通过HAMMER软件分析验证了水泵综合特性曲线绘制分析方法的准确性,可为类似工程提供参考。 In the third water purification plant project for urban and rural water supply in Huanxian County,the wa-ter supply pipeline of the pump station is divided along the line,and one of the branch pipelines is gravity flow.Different flow distribution of the branch pipes will result in different pipeline characteristic curves,and the operating conditions of the water pump are very complex.By drawing the pipeline characteristic curve and water pump characteristic curve,this paper analyzed the possible operating conditions,water pump operation status,and whether the end of the gravity flow distribution pipe is depressurized in sequence,which can guide the normal operation of the pump station after it is put into use.In addition,based on Bentley HAMMER V8i water hammer analysis software,the hydraulic transition process of the water pump and pipeline system after the end valve of the gravity flow branch pipe is closed was analyzed.By setting a reasonable valve closing time,the system pressure and flow fluctuations can be minimized.Finally,the accuracy of the analysis method for drawing the comprehensive characteristic curve of the water pump was verified through HAMMER software analysis,which can provide reference for similar projects.
