A Review and Exploration of Research on Population Aging in China

人口是经济发展的重要生产要素之一。得益于充足的劳动力,中国在人类文明的前中期一直是世界上最发达的地区之一,并在近期实现了经济跨越式增长,无限接近中华民族伟大复兴。但是,目前中国老龄化程度越来越深,必将影响经济长期稳定增长。未来应当采取综合鼓励人口增长、统筹推进延迟退休、切实完善社保制度、大力发展人才红利等措施。

Population is one of the important production factors for economic development.Thanks to abundant labor force,China has always been one of the most developed regions in the world in the early and middle stages of human civilization,and has recently achieved leapfrog economic growth,approaching the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation infinitely.However,the current aging population in China is becoming increasingly severe,which will inevitably affect long-term stable economic growth.In the future,measures should be taken to comprehensively encourage population growth,coordinate the promotion of delayed retirement,effectively improve the social security system,and vigorously develop talent dividends.
