人文关怀结合责任制护理在甲状腺癌患者术后康复中的应用效果

Application effect of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients

目的探讨人文关怀结合责任制护理在甲状腺癌患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法纳入2021年6月至2022年6月期间在广州市红十字会医院行手术治疗的96例甲状腺癌患者,并就其资料开展回顾性分析。根据不同的护理措施进行分组,对照组(48例)实施常规护理,观察组(48例)实施人文关怀结合责任制护理。比较2组患者在手术前后的癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分及颈部活动度,并比较2组患者的护理满意率及并发症发生率。结果术后7 d及1个月,2组的CD-RISC和EORTC QLQ-C30评分均较术前升高,各颈部活动度均较术前增大(P均<0.05),且观察组的差异均比对照组更显著(P均<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的护理满意率较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低(P均<0.05)。结论将人文关怀结合责任制护理应用于甲状腺癌患者术后康复中,能够有效改善其生活质量、心理弹性及颈部活动度,提高其护理满意度,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 96 thyroid cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included,and their data were retrospectively analyzed.They were grouped according to different nursing measures.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(48 cases)received humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing.The quality of life scale for cancer patients(EORTC QLQ-C30)score,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score,neck range of motion before and after surgery were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 days and 1 month after surgery,the scores of CD-RISC and EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups increased compared to before surgery,and the neck range of motion increased compared to before surgery(all P<0.05).The differences in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(all P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care combined with responsibility nursing in the postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid cancer patients can effectively improve their quality of life,psychological resilience,and neck mobility,increase their nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
