氟米龙滴眼液联合非皮质类固醇治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Fluorometholone Eye Drops Combined with Noncorticosteroids in the Treatment of Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的探讨氟米龙滴眼液联合非皮质类固醇治疗过敏性结膜炎(Allergic Conjunctivitis,AC)的临床价值。方法便利选取2022年10月—2023年9月晋江市医院收治的84例AC患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组行常规非皮质类固醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用0.1%氟米龙滴眼液,比较两组症状及体征评分、症状好转时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组症状、体征评分为(1.77±0.32)分、(1.91±0.65)分,低于对照组的(3.01±0.64)分、(3.02±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.231、6.673,P均<0.001)。观察组眼痒、流泪、结膜充血3种主要症状的好转时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在给予AC患者非皮质类固醇治疗的基础上,采用0.1%氟米龙进行联合治疗,能够缩短主要症状好转所需的时间,促进相关症状与体征的缓解。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fluorometholone eye drops combined with noncorticosteroids in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods A total of 84 patients with AC treated in Jinji⁃ang City Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and grouped by random number table method,with 42 patients in each case.The control group received routine non-corticosteroid treatment,and the observation group received 0.1%fluorometholone eye drops on the basis of the control group.Symp⁃tom and sign scores,symptom improvement time,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were(1.77±0.32)points and(1.91±0.65)points,which were lower than those in the control group(3.01±0.64)points and(3.02±0.86)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.231,6.673,both P<0.001).The improve⁃ment time of the three main symptoms of itching,tearing and conjunctival congestion in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness in the observation was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of non-corticosteroid therapy,the patients with AC were treated with 0.1%fluorometholone.It can shorten the time for the improvement of main symptoms,promote the relief of related symptoms and signs,and the drug safety is good.
