全程绿色通道护理模式在高热惊厥患儿护理中的作用研究

Role of Green Channel Nursing Mode in Nursing Children with Febrile Convulsion

目的分析全程绿色通道护理模式在高热惊厥患儿护理中的作用。方法方便选取南京市溧水区人民医院(东南大学附属中大医院溧水分院)于2021年3月—2023年5月收治的126例高热惊厥患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为研究组(n=63)和对照组(n=63)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施全程绿色通道护理。对比两组家长满意度、救治时间、家长负性情绪。结果研究组家长满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组急诊分诊时间(1.36±0.28)min、转运时间(3.23±0.61)min均短于对照组的(2.05±0.41)、(4.25±0.83)min,差异有统计学意义(t=11.031、7.860,P均<0.001)。干预前,两组家长汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale,HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);干预后,研究组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论全程绿色通道护理模式能够提高高热惊厥患儿家长满意度,有利于缩短救治时间,同时能够缓解患儿家长负性情绪。

Objective To analyze the effect of green channel nursing mode in nursing children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 126 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital of Nanjing(Li⁃shui Branch of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University)from March 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into study group(n=63)and control group(n=63)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received green channel nursing.Parents'sat⁃isfaction,treatment time and parents'negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The score of parental satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emergency triage time(1.36±0.28)min and transport time(3.23±0.61)min in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(2.05±0.41)min,(4.25±0.83)min,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.031,7.860,both P<0.001).Before intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.001).Conclusion The whole green channel nursing mode can improve the satisfaction of parents of children with febrile convulsion,shorten the time of treatment,and alleviate the negative emotions of parents.
