疫情下医学院校本科导师制度探索

摘要 本科教育是本科生培养的基本途径。我国高等教育由大众化的本科教育为主体逐渐向大众化本科教育与教学和科研交融的本科导师制度转变。医学院校本科生的教育和培养除了理论学习外,还包括临床见习和科研能力培养。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的到来,医学院校传统的本科导师制度的教学模式也出现相应的改变。医学院校的本科导师对本科生的教学模式由原来的面授为主向网络教学与面授相结合的模式转变,临床见习以及科研能力培养也相应地发生改变。 Undergraduate education is the basic way to cultivate undergraduates.Higher education has gradually transformed from popular undergraduate education as the main body to the undergraduate tutor system that integrates popular undergraduate education with teaching and scientific research in our country.In addition to theoretical study,the education and cultivation of undergraduate students in medical university includes clinical probation and scientific research ability as well.With the advent of the COVID-19 epi-demic,the teaching mode of the traditional undergraduate tutor system in medical university has also changed in application.The teaching mode of undergraduate tutors for undergraduates in medical university has changed from the original face-to-face teaching to the combination of online teaching and face-to-face teaching.Clinical probation and scientific research ability training have also changed accordingly.
