摘要
目的探讨微课联合案例教学法(CBL)在中医妇科肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的30名中医妇科肿瘤学学生为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,各15名,参照组采用传统授课的方式,实验组则应用微课联合CBL教学,对两组医学生临床教学前后的考核成绩、中医思维能力以及临床实践能力变化进行观察,分析满意度差异。结果教学前,两组医学生基础理论知识考核成绩、临床基本操作考核成绩、总成绩、中医思维能力以及临床实践能力组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,实验组考核成绩、中医思维能力以及临床实践能力均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组教学满意度93.33%(14/15)高于参照组的60.00%(9/15)(x2=4.658,P=0.031)。结论在中医妇科肿瘤临床教学中,微课联合CBL可以在更大程度上提高教学效果,更有利于提高医学生中医思维能力和临床实践能力,教学满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of micro courses combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of gynecological tumors of TCM.Methods Thirty TCM gynecological oncology students who practiced in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical Univer-sity from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experi-mental group,with 15 students in each group.The control group conducted traditional teaching.The experimental group applied micro courses combined with CBL.The changes in the examination results,TCM thinking ability and clinical practice ability of the two groups of medical students before and after clinical teaching through micro courses combined with CBL teaching were observed,and the difference in satisfaction was analyzed.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the assessment scores of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical basic operation,total scores,TCM thinking ability and clinical practice ability(P>0.05).After teaching,the test scores,TCM thinking ability and clinical practice ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%(14/15),which was higher than that of control group(60.00%,9/15)(x2=4.658,P=0.031).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of gyneco-logical tumor of TCM,the micro course combined with CBL teaching method can improve the clinical teaching effect to a greater ex-tent,and is more conducive to improving the thinking ability and clinical practice ability of medical students.The teaching satisfaction is high,and it is worth promoting.
