下肢皮肤慢性溃疡的中医药研究进展

Research Progress of Chronic Ulcer of Lower Limb Skin in Traditional Chinese Medicine

皮肤慢性溃疡是目前中医临床常见的慢性难愈性创面,具有病因复杂、病程长、愈合缓慢,且容易复发等特点,涉及临床上创面抗炎、创面愈合、创面修复等几大难题,少数病情反复的可能发展为癌性病变。文章对近些年治疗下肢皮肤慢性溃疡的研究文献进行检索和整理,从下肢皮肤慢性溃疡的病因病机、治疗方法、预防保健等方面进行综述,以期为下肢皮肤慢性溃疡的临床治疗提供参考与帮助。

Chronic skin ulcer is a common chronic and refractory wound in traditional Chinese medicine at present.It is characterized by complex etiology,long course of disease,slow healing and easy recurrence.It involves several major problems in clinical wound anti-inflammation,wound healing and wound repair,and a few cases may develop into cancerous lesions repeatedly.This article searched and sorted out the research literature on the treatment of chronic ulcer of lower limb skin in recent years,and reviewed the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,prevention and health care of chronic ulcer of lower limb skin,in order to provide reference and help for the clinical treatment of chronic ulcer of lower limb skin.
