基于子午流注的腕踝针技术对中风后偏瘫患者神经功能及上肢功能的影响

Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Technique Based on Midnight Noon Ebb Flow on Nerve Function and Upper Limb Function of Hemiplegic Patients after Stroke

目的观察基于子午流注理论的腕踝针技术,对中风后偏瘫患者神经功能及上肢功能的影响。方法选取九江市第一人民医院2020年1月—2022年7月接收的中风后偏瘫患者82例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规康复措施,观察组在此基础上行基于子午流注理论的腕踝针。比较干预前后两组上肢功能[简式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)上肢部分评分]、神经功能[改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚评分(MESSS评分)]、日常生活能力[改良巴氏指数(MBI)评分]。结果干预后,两组MESSS评分显著降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组FMA上肢部分评分、MBI评分均显著升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于子午流注理论的腕踝针技术应用于中风后偏瘫患者,可改善其神经功能,提高上肢功能及生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of wrist ankle acupuncture technique based on the theory of midnight noon ebb flow on the nerve function and upper limb function of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in Jiujiang First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the control group of 41 cases and the observation group of 41 cases.The control group received routine rehabilitation measures.Based on this,the observation group re-ceived wrist ankle acupuncture based on the meridian flow theory.Before and after the intervention,the upper limb function[upper limb part of the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)],neural function[modified edinburgh scandinavian stroke score(MESSS)],and daily living ability[modified barthel index(MBI)]of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the MESSS score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).FMA upper extremity score and MBI score were significantly increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The wrist ankle acupuncture technique based on the theory of midnight noon ebb flow can improve the nerve function,up-per limb function and living ability of hemiplegic patients after stroke.
