摘要
目的观察评价耳穴埋籽联合中药熏蒸治疗椎-基底动脉综合征的临床效果。方法选取扬州市中医院脑病科2021年11月—2022年8月收治的90例椎-基底动脉综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,各30例。A、B组分别采用耳穴埋籽治疗、中药熏蒸治疗,C组采用耳穴埋籽联合中药熏蒸治疗。治疗15 d后比较三组效果。结果C组的总有效率为100.00%(30/30),优于A组的93.33%(28/30)和B组的96.67%(29/30)(P<0.05)。C组治疗后的症状积分优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组的不良反应总发生率与A组和B组相当(P>0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽联合中药熏蒸治疗椎-基底动脉综合征效果确切、安全性高,可作为优选治疗方案推广使用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of auricular acupoint embedding seed combined with Chinese medi-cine fumigation in the treatment of vertebrobasilar syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with vertebrobasilar syndrome admitted to Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method.Group A and group B were treated with auricular seed embedding and Chinese medicine fumigation,respectively.Group C was treated with auricular acupoint embedding seed combined with Chinese medicine fu-migation.After 15 days of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group C was 100.00%(30/30),which was better than that of group A(93.33%,28/30)and group B(96.67%,29/30)(P<0.05).The symp-tom score of group C after treatment was better than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in group C was similar to that in group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint embedding seed combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of vertebrobasilar syndrome is effective and safe,and can be used as a preferred treatment plan.
