参芪降糖胶囊结合个性化综合护理治疗妊娠期糖尿病临床观察

Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule Combined with Individualized Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨参芪降糖胶囊结合个性化综合护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2021年12月江西省泰和县中医院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予门冬胰岛素注射液,并配合个性化综合护理;观察组在对照组的基础上给予参芪降糖胶囊。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清血糖水平,治疗期间血糖达标时间、妊娠结局及围产期并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05);观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组早产、剖宫产、晚期流产及围产期并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖胶囊结合个性化综合护理能够有效改善妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗症状,进一步缩短患者血糖达标时间,降低患者围产期发生并发症及不良妊娠结局的风险,进而显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule combined with individualized comprehen-sive nursing on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Sixty patients with GDM admitted to Taihe Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by random number method.The control group was given insulin aspart injection,and the observation group was given Shenqi Jiangtang capsule combined with individualized comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum blood glucose level before and after treatment,blood glucose compliance time during treatment,pregnancy outcome and perinatal complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).The blood glucose standard time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the total incidence of preterm birth,cesarean section,late abortion and perinatal complications in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang capsule combined with individualized comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of insulin resistance in patients with gestational dia-betes mellitus,further shorten the time to reach the target of blood glucose,reduce the risk of perinatal complications and adverse preg-nancy outcomes,and then significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
