高校虚拟教研室是指在“智能+”时代背景下,以立德树人为根本任务,以提高人才培养能力为核心,以现代信息技术为依托开展跨专业、跨学科、跨学校、跨地域教学的新型基层教学组织。高校虚拟教研室是“智能+”高等教育时代的必然结果、教师教学学术能力发展的必然要求和基层教学组织创新的时代体现。作为协同教研的一种新形态,虚拟教研室的建设将对高校教师教育教学研究、基层教学组织建设创新,促进教师发展,发挥重要的作用。
