铁路声屏障表观病害智能检测技术

摘要 针对铁路声屏障外观状态检查效率低、检测精度差的现状,为满足自动化、智能化检测需求,开展声屏障表观病害智能检测技术研究。通过调研分析声屏障检测技术现状,提出基于图像的铁路声屏障表观病害智能检测技术方案。重点对声屏障外观成像、主从协同控制、在线识别等关键技术的实现方式进行研究,同时对部分功能进行了试验验证;基于钢轨探伤车进行图像采集,检测速度80 km/h,建立声屏障病害典型样本数据集,验证了在线识别的可行性和有效性。结果表明,铁路声屏障表观病害智能检测技术可大幅提升病害检测的自动化和智能化水平。 In response to the current situation of low efficiency and poor detection accuracy in the inspection of the appearance status of railway sound barriers and in order to meet the needs of automation and intelligent detection,research on intelligent detection technology for apparent diseases of sound barriers has been carried out.This article investigated and analyzed the current status of sound barrier detection technology,and proposed an image-based intelligent detection technology scheme for railway sound barrier apparent diseases.We focused on researching the implementation methods of key technologies such as appearance imaging of sound barriers,master-slave collaborative control,and online recognition,and conducted experimental verification on some functions.Based on the steel rail inspection vehicle for image acquisition,with a detection speed of 80 km/h,a typical sample dataset of sound barrier diseases was established to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of online recognition.The results indicated that the intelligent detection technology for apparent diseases in railway sound barriers can significantly improve the automation and intelligence level of disease detection.
