铁路隧道数字化运维系统功能架构

摘要 随着铁路隧道维护需求与日俱增,主要依靠纸质材料和现有信息系统的管理方式难以满足隧道运维数据标准化、系统化、可视化、易追溯等方面的要求。针对上述问题,调研铁路隧道运维特点和需求,提出包含隧道设备管理、检测监测信息管理、服役状态自动评估和运维辅助决策等模块的铁路隧道数字化运维系统功能架构,实现数据采集、展示、分析和应用的隧道设备运维全流程数据数字化管理,以指导隧道运维决策。 With the increasing demand for tunnel maintenance,it was difficult to meet the requirements of data standardization,systematization,visualization and easy traceability by relying mainly on paper recorders and PWMIS for tunnel data management.Because of the above problems,this paper investigated the characteristics and demands of railway tunnel operation and maintenance,and put forward the functional architecture of railway tunnel digital operation and maintenance system,which includes modules of tunnel equipment management,inspection and monitoring information management,automatic assessment of service state and operation and maintenance auxiliary decisionmaking management,etc.The system can realize digital management of the whole process of tunnel equipment operation and maintenance data from data collection,data display,data analysis and data application,which visualizes the tunnel status and guides the operation and maintenance decision-making.
