隧道施工现场混装炸药设备研制与应用

摘要 为加速隧道钻爆法施工机械化发展进度,针对传统人工装药工序施工人数多、劳动强度大、安全隐患高、爆破质量不稳定等问题,研制一款用于隧道钻爆法机械化装药施工的现场混装炸药装备。结合现场混装乳化炸药生产工艺、人工装药施工痛点,对现场混装炸药设备进行整机设计和应用技术研究,研制的现场混装炸药设备具有以下特点:长距离输送减阻装置可将乳化炸药泵送达40 m;装药系统配备高精度基质泵及送管器,计量精度≤2%,具备耦合装药功能,满足精细化施工要求;智能操作平台具备炮孔定位、自动指孔、参数优化功能,降低操作人员技能要求和人数,提升爆破质量。现场混装炸药设备已应用于沿江高速火山隧道、宜兴联络线晓峰隧道。 In order to accelerate the development of mechanization in tunnel drilling and blasting construction,and to address the problems of large number of construction personnel,high labor intensity,high safety hazards,and unstable blasting quality in traditional manual charging processes,a mixed explosive equipment for on-site mechanized charging construction in tunnel drilling and blasting has been developed.The article combines the production process of on-site mixed emulsion explosives and the pain points of manual loading construction to conduct overall design and application technology research on on-site mixed explosive equipment.The developed on-site mixed explosive equipment has the following characteristics:a long-distance transportation drag reduction device can deliver emulsion explosives to 40 m;the charging system is equipped with a high-precision matrix pump and pipe feeder,with a measurement accuracy of≤2%,and has a coupled charging function to meet the requirements of refined construction;the intelligent operation platform has functions such as borehole positioning,automatic finger drilling,and parameter optimization,reducing the skill requirements and number of operators,and improving the quality of blasting.The on-site mixed explosive equipment has been successfully applied in the volcanic tunnel along the Yangtze River and the Xiaofeng Tunnel on the Yixing connecting line.
