摘要
结合巫镇高速东溪河特大桥,针对其地处深切峡谷、无施工便道且又桥隧紧邻,不能一次性架设满足桥梁吊装要求的缆索吊系统,设计了4套缆索吊系统:1套1 t临时工作索用于该桥前期施工过程中小型机具、材料及设备的吊运;1套30 t提升索系统用于尽早解决边坡挖掘机等大型施工设备、材料的吊运;2套105 t缆索吊用于本桥拱肋、拱上立柱、盖梁、桥面等结构吊装。2套105 t缆索吊采用大落差非对称式缆索吊装系统结构,只在有缆塔的一侧设置横移装置,另一侧为固定式结构,解决了深切峡谷地段单侧无法设置缆塔地形条件下,缆索锚固体系的选型及平面布置难题。经现场实践,形成了一套适用于深切峡谷地形条件下的缆索吊设计、安装施工技术,通过该技术的应用,大大降低了该地形条件下的缆索吊系统施工难度、提高了工效,经济及社会效益显著。
Based on the Dongxi River Grand Bridge on the Wuxi-Zhenping Expressway,four sets of cable hoisting systems were designed for its location in a deep canyon,lack of construction access roads,and close proximity to bridges and tunnels,which made it impossible to erect a cable hoisting system that meets the requirements for bridge lifting in one go.A 1-ton temporary working cable is used for the hoisting of small machines,materials,and equipment during the early construction of the bridge.A 30-ton hoisting cable system is used to solve the hoisting of large construction equipment and materials such as slope excavators as early as possible.Two sets of 105-ton cable hoists are used for the hoisting of the arch ribs,upper columns,cover beams,and deck structures of the bridge.The two sets of 105-ton cable hoists use a large drop asymmetric cable hoisting system structure,with only one side equipped with a lateral displacement device and the other side being a fixed structure,which solves the problem of selecting and arranging cable anchoring systems in deep canyon terrain where it is impossible to set up cable towers on one side.Through field practice,a set of cable hoisting design and installation construction techniques suitable for deep canyon terrain conditions has been formed.Through the application of this technology,the construction difficulty of the cable hoisting system in this terrain condition has been greatly reduced and the work efficiency has been improved,with significant economic and social benefits.
