阿联酋铁路大断面隧道关键技术研究

摘要 伴随隧道的不断建设,我国隧道施工技术飞速发展,自“一带一路”启动,国内越来越多的企业向海外拓展,走上国际舞台。以阿联酋为代表的中东地区国家,缺乏大断面隧道关键技术施工经验,国内的隧道施工经验仅能提供参考借鉴,给隧道施工安全、质量及进度带来了极大的挑战。依托阿联酋联邦铁路大断面隧道,对中东地区复杂地质条件下大断面隧道施工关键技术进行研究,明确了复杂地质条件下阿联酋铁路大断面隧道快速施工专用设备,提出了大断面隧道空孔直线掏槽爆破及振动控制技术、石棉隧道施工防控技术及混凝土裂缝控制技术。可为今后中东地区大断面隧道设计施工提供相应参考。 With the continuous construction of tunnels,China′s tunnel construction technology has developed rapidly.Since the launch of the Belt and Road,an increasing number of domestic enterprises have expanded overseas and entered the international stage.Middle Eastern countries,represented by the United Arab Emirates,lack experience in the construction of key technologies for large cross-section tunnels.Domestic tunnel construction experience can only provide reference,posing great challenges to tunnel construction safety,quality,and progress.This article relies on the large section tunnel of the United Arab Emirates Federal Railway to study the key technologies for construction of large cross-section tunnels under complex geological conditions in the Middle East region.It clarifies the special equipment for rapid construction of large section tunnels of the United Arab Emirates Railway under complex geological conditions and proposes technologies such as hollow hole straight cut blasting and vibration control,asbestos tunnel construction prevention and control,and concrete crack control.This can provide corresponding reference for the design and construction of large cross-section tunnels in the Middle East region in the future.
