3D智能摊铺大厚度水稳施工技术

3D Intelligent Paving Construction Technology with a Large Thickness of Hydraulic Stabilisation

摘要 随着交通事业的不断发展,水稳摊铺施工技术频繁应用于高速公路工程。传统的水稳摊铺施工技术存在着施工效率慢、施工人员工作量大、劳动强度高以及工程质量欠佳的问题,工程上亟须一种可以解决此类问题的施工技术。以绵阳至苍溪高速公路项目为研究背景,提出并验证了一种3D智能摊铺大厚度水稳的施工技术,实践结果表明:此技术极大程度提高施工质量和工程智能化建设,显著地降低了劳动人员的工作强度,大大缩短了施工工期,减少了施工成本。 The transport industry′s continuous development has led to the frequent use of water stabilisation paving construction technology in highway projects.However,the traditional hydraulic stabilisation paving construction technology suffers from slow construction efficiency,high workload for construction personnel,high labour intensity,and poor project quality.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a construction technology that can solve these problems.Based on the research conducted on the Mianyang-Cangxi Expressway project,a 3D intelligent paving construction technology with a large thickness of hydraulic stabilisation has been proposed and verified.The results of the practice indicate that this technology significantly improves the construction quality and the efficiency of the project,reduces the workload of labourers,and shortens the construction period,and lowering the overall cost.
