黄帝故里寻根门三维椽子安装施工技术研究

摘要 为解决新郑市黄帝故里核心景区寻根门三维椽子钢结构与紫铜安装的协调兼顾问题、碳素钢结构与不锈钢连接问题,以及顶部封闭无法用大型机械进行垂直吊装的问题,提出了三维椽子拆分成组,在地面将组内钢结构椽子组装完成,采用屋顶设置电动葫芦各组分开吊装,调整到位后分别安装紫铜外包,后再进行组间钢结构椽子的安装,最后进行组间紫铜外包的施工方法。结果表明,提出的施工工法解决了屋顶封闭无法使用大型机械吊装及三维井字形钢椽子龙骨与紫铜外包施工不能协调的问题,避免了将紫铜外包进行切割分缝安装的问题,保证了整体安装精度,解决了不同材质钢结构之间连接问题,提升了重悬挂结构的安全性能,经济和工期效益明显,可为同类工程提供参考。 In order to solve the coordination and consideration of the installation of the three-dimensional steel structure rafter and purple copper for the root seeking gate in the core scenic area of the Yellow Emperor′s Native Place in Xinzheng City,the connection problem between carbon steel structure and stainless steel,and the problem of the inability to vertically lift with large machinery when the top is closed,it is proposed to divide the three-dimensional rafters into groups.The steel structure rafters in the group are assembled on the ground,and electric hoists are installed on the roof to lift each group separately.After adjustment,purple copper outsourcing is installed separately,then proceed with the installation of inter group steel structure rafters,and finally proceed with the construction method of inter group copper outsourcing.The results showed that the proposed construction method solved the problems of inability to use large-scale mechanical lifting for roof sealing and coordination between three-dimensional well shaped steel rafter keel and purple copper outsourcing construction,avoided the problem of cutting and installing purple copper outsourcing,ensured overall installation accuracy,solved the connection problem between steel structures of different materials,improved the safety performance of heavy suspension structures,and achieved significant economic and construction period benefits.It can provide reference for similar projects.
