弧刃针联合富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Arc-edge Needle Combined with Platelet-rich Plasma in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究弧刃针联合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年10月-2023年4月在我院就诊的60例KOA患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组(n=20)、B组(n=20)、C组(n=20)。A组患者采用PRP注射治疗,B组采用弧刃针治疗,C组采用弧刃针+PRP治疗,比较三组患者临床疗效、疼痛(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分以及不良事件发生率。结果C组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于A组的80.00%、B组的75.00%(P<0.05);三组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且C组低于A组、B组(P<0.05);三组治疗后WOMAC均低于治疗前,且C组低于A组、B组(P<0.05);三组治疗后Lysholm评分高于治疗前,且C组高于A组、B组(P<0.05);C组不良事件发生率为5.00%,与A组的10.00%、B组的10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论弧刃针联合富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果确切,可提高临床疗效,减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能指标,且无严重不良事件,具有良好的有效性和安全性。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of arc-edge needle combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A(n=20),group B(n=20)and group C(n=20)by random number table method.Group A was treated with PRP injection,group B was treated with arc-edge needle,and group C was treated with arc-edge needle+PRP.The clinical efficacy,pain(VAS)score,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,Lysholm knee score and incidence of adverse events were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group C was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in group A and 75.00%in group B(P<0.05).The VAS score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that of group C was lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).After treatment,WOMAC in the three groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in group C was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The Lysholm score of the three groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and that of group C was higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in group C was 5.00%,which was compared with 10.00%in group A and 10.00%in group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Arc-edge needle combined with platelet-rich plasma is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the pain of patients,improve the knee joint function index,and have no serious adverse events.It has good effectiveness and safety.
