阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗扁桃体炎的临床疗效及对PCT、TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium in the Treatment of Tonsillitis and its Effect on the Levels of PCT,TNF-αand IL-6

目的分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗扁桃体炎的临床疗效及对PCT、TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2022年3月-2023年1月在我院诊治的56例扁桃体炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各组28例。对照组采用阿莫西林治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间、炎性因子水平[降钙素原(PCT)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05);观察组发热、扁桃体充血、咽喉疼痛、咽喉脓肿消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PCT、IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的21.43%(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗扁桃体炎具有良好的有效性和安全性,可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,促进炎症因子水平降低,快速减轻临床症状,对患者的康复具有积极的影响。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of tonsillitis and its effect on the levels of PCT,TNF-αand IL-6.Methods A total of 56 patients with tonsillitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time,inflammatory factor levels[procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 82.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of fever,tonsil congestion,sore throat and throat abscess in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 21.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium is effective and safe in the treatment of tonsillitis,which can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,promote the reduction of inflammatory factor levels.Meanwhile,it can quickly reduce clinical symptoms,and have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients.
