中药六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖指标的影响研究

The Impact Studies of Metformin with Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the Blood Glucose Indicators of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的探究2型糖尿病患者接受六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍的治疗价值。方法选取2023年4—9月广东省东源县中医院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(45例,二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(45例,六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍治疗),对比两组血糖水平、中医证候积分、治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组血糖水平与中医证候积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药六味地黄丸辅助二甲双胍可提升2型糖尿病患者治疗总有效率,改善血糖水平与中医证候,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Liuwei Dihuang Pill assisted metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dongyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province from April to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(45 cases,metformin treatment)and observation group(45 cases,Liuwei Dihuang Pill assisted metformin treatment)by random number table method.The blood glucose levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observa-tion group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treat-ment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Liuwei Dihuang Pill with metformin can improve the total effec-tive rate of treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,improve blood sugar levels and TCM syndromes,safe and reliable.
