综合护理对糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者的护理效果分析

Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Diabetes Melli⁃tus Complicated with Liver Abscess

目的探究适宜糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者的高效护理措施,分析综合护理对血糖指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2023年12月盐城市第一人民医院收治的60例糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者为研究对象,通过抛硬币法随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行综合护理。比较两组血糖指标、心理状态评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以改善糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者血糖状态和负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore effective nursing measures suitable for patients with diabetes complicated with liver abscess,and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on blood glucose index.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with liver abscess admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by flipping a coin.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose index,psychological state score and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glu-cose level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the blood sugar status and negative emotions of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with liver abscess,and improve the nursing satisfaction of pa-tients.
