雷公藤多苷联合达格列净对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的影响

Effects of Tripterygium Glycosides Combined with Dapagliflozin on Renal Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究在对糖尿病肾病患者治疗中联用雷公藤多苷和达格列净的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2023年6月淮安市洪泽区人民医院收治的97例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分成对照组(48例,使用达格列净治疗)、研究组(49例,使用达格列净+雷公藤多苷治疗)。对比两组治疗效果、肾功能及不良反应总发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血肌酐、血清胱抑素、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均低于对照组,白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病治疗中对患者同时使用达格列净与雷公藤多苷,疗效确切,可改善肾功能,用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of concomitant use of Tripterygium glycosides and dapagliflozin in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 97 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Huai'an Hongze District People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the control group(48 cases,treated with dapagliflozin)and the study group(49 cases,treated with dapagliflozin+Tripterygium glycosides)by random number table method.The treatment effect,renal function,the rate of overall incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood creatinine,serum cystatin,24-hour urine protein quanti-fication in the study group were lower than those in the control group and the albumin was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dia-betic nephropathy,the use of dapagliflozin and Tripterygium glycosides at the same time can improve renal function,and the safety is high.
