新工科下软件工程应用能力培养研究与实践

摘要 针对地方高校培养软件工程应用型人才适应行业产业需要,分析新工科下软件工程应用能力新需求,研究应用能力具体内容,提出层次性多维能力框架,“五共同”构建多元主体协同人才培养新模式及机制,“四对接”搭建软件工程能力培养体系,“三位一体”开展创新创业教育,“三环节”创新学科交叉融合培养,“1中心3持续”完善人才培养质量评价与保障新体系。通过改革与实践,人才培养达到预期目标,适应软件工程行业产业人才需求。 In view of the local universities to train software engineering applied talents to meet the needs of the industry,the paper analyzed the new requirements of the application ability for software engineering talent under the new engineering education,studied the specific content of the application ability,and proposed a hierarchical and multidimensional capability framework:"Five Common Points"has constructed a new mode and mechanism of multi-subject collaborative talent training;"Four docking"has built a capacity training system of software engineering;the"Trinity"of innovation and entrepreneurship education,"Three links"ininnovative disciplines and cross-integration training,"One Center,Three Continuous Parts"has improved the new system of the evaluation and guarantee of talent training quality.Through reform and practice,the quality of talent cultivation has reached the expected the expected goal and adapt to the demand of talents in the software engineering industry.
