摘要
为了提高超高层建筑施工的安全性和监管的效率,设计并实现了一种智能监管系统,能够对施工中的风险因素进行预警分析。从环境、设备、人员三大风险因素出发,结合超高层建筑施工的特点,选取了具有代表性的监管指标,设计并实现了一个实时在线监管系统。该系统通过由单片机、网络摄像机构成的数据采集端实时采集施工现场数据,提交到数据处理与分析端进行处理,然后通过数据展示与预警端实时监控,实现对施工安全的监管。在施工现场对系统进行了测试,并结合现场施工情况,验证了其数据有效性和监管有效性。实验结果表明,该系统能够实时采集和分析超高层建筑施工期间的各类数据,对异常监管指标发出预警,从而有效地提升了超高层建筑施工安全性和监管效率。
To improve safety and efficiency of super-tall building construction,this paper designs and implements an in-telligent supervision system that can warn of risk factors.From environment,equipment,and personnel,it selects representa-tive indicators based on the construction features,and creates a real-time online system.The system collects real-time data from sensors and cameras,submits it to the processing and analysis end,and monitors it through the display and warning end.This paper tests the system on site and verify its data validity and supervision effectiveness.The results show that the system can collect and analyze various data during construction,alert abnormal indicators,and enhance safety and efficiency.
