摘要
随着生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,睡眠障碍发病率显著升高,因此促眠研究具有重要意义。在先前非穿戴无感知睡眠监测系统的设计基础上,研发了一种智能促眠系统。该系统基于实时监测到的体温、体动、呼吸和心率等人体生理数据,对灯光、白噪声和温度等环境参数进行调节,促进用户睡眠。同时,结合用户历史睡眠数据、用户反馈问卷和用户主动调控等综合因素制定个性化环境调节策略,实现了该系统的个性化睡眠调控功能。该系统的优势在于可基于多种环境参数调控睡眠,并结合用户数据进行个性化睡眠调控。
With the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of work pressure,the incidence of sleep disorders has increased significantly,so the research on sleep promotion is of great significance.This paper developes an intelligent sleep-promoting system based on the design of the previous non-wearable and non-perceptual sleep monitoring system.Based on real-time monitored human physiological data such as body temperature,body movement,respiration and heart rate,the system adjusts environmental parameters such as lighting,white noise and temperature to promote user sleep.Moreover,this study developed a personalized environment adjustment strategy based on comprehensive factors such as user historical sleep data,feedback questionnaires,and active control to realize the personalized sleep control function of the system.The advantage of this system is that it can regulate sleep based on a variety of environmental parameters and combine user data for personalized sleep regulation.
