船舶自动识别系统运维模式新构想

摘要 船舶自动识别系统(AIS)由岸基(基站)设施和船载设备共同组成,是应用于船和岸、船和船之间的助航系统。AIS配合全球定位系统(GPS)将船位、船速、航向等船舶动态情况结合船名、呼号、吃水及危险货物等船舶静态资料由甚高频(VHF)向附近水域船舶及岸台广播,使邻近船舶及岸台能及时掌握附近海面所有船舶的动静态信息,有效保障船舶航行安全。 The Automatic Identification System(AIS)is composed of shore-based(base station)facilities and shipborne equipment.It is an aids to navigation system applied between ships and the shore as well as between ships.The AIS system,in coordination with the Global Positioning System(GPS),broadcasts via VHF ship dynamics such as ship position,ship speed and course,and ship static data such as ship name,call sign,draft and dangerous goods on board to ships and shore stations in nearby waters,so that neighboring ships and shore stations can be informed without delay the dynamic and static information of all ships on the nearby sea,thus effectively safeguarding the navigation safety of ships.
