大采高采煤工作面架空辅助运输装备设计

摘要 目前,采煤工作面需要的设备材料从两巷到工作面的运输一般有刮板输送机运输或人工搬运2种方法。刮板输送机运输设备材料会影响采煤作业,而且如果设备材料的尺寸过大,采煤机和刮板输送机之间的过煤空间不足、难以通过;人工搬运劳动强度大、施工速度慢,且在运输过程中容易造成人身安全事故。由于大采高工作面的高度适合安装架空索道,所以设计了一种大采高采煤工作面的架空辅助运输装备,并对索道辅助运输装置进行了受力分析和计算。 At present,there are generally two methods for transporting equipment and materials required for coal mining face from two alleys to the working face:scraper conveyor transportation or manual handling.The transportation of equipment and materials by scraper conveyor can affect coal mining operations,and if the size of the equipment and materials is too large,the coal passing space between the shearer and scraper conveyor is insufficient and difficult to pass through.The labor intensity of manual handling is high,the construction speed is slow,and it is easy to cause personal safety accidents during transportation.Due to the height of the high mining height working face being suitable for installing overhead ropeway,designed overhead auxiliary transportation equipment for the high mining height working face,and conducted force analysis and calculation of the ropeway auxiliary transportation device.
