液压支架底座断裂机理研究

摘要 针对ZY10500-11-22D液压支架在正常工作寿命内出现的底座前连杆与柱窝之间整体发生断裂的现象,通过理论力学分析,计算出底座在正常支护作业过程中的受力情况,并通过ANSYS软件进行有限元数值模拟。仿真结果与理论计算互相印证,指出柱帽距离顶梁前端和距离顶梁后端的距离比例过大是造成这种现象的主要原因,为液压支架的结构设计提供理论依据。 Aiming at the phenomenon of overall fracture between the front connecting rod and the column socket of the ZY10500-11-22D hydraulic support during its normal working life,the stress situation of the base during normal support operation was calculated through theoretical mechanical analysis,and finite element numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS software.The simulation results confirm each other with the theoretical calculation,the main reason for this phenomenon is that the ratio of the distance between the column cap and the front end of the top beam to the rear end of the top beam is too large,providing a theoretical basis for the structural design of the hydraulic support.
