中厚偏薄复杂煤层高效开采采煤机研制

摘要 针对中厚偏薄复杂煤层高效开采的迫切需求,分析了国、内外同类采煤机的现状,确定了采煤机总体结构形式及主要技术参数,研制了适应最低采高1.7 m中厚偏薄复杂煤层高效开采的MG650/1590-WD2型采煤机,并介绍了采煤机摇臂壳体、紧凑型行走系统、集中加油与集中注脂系统等关键技术以及采煤机现场应用情况。工业性试验结果表明,该采煤机整体运行稳定,实现了安全高效开采,为中厚偏薄复杂煤层矿井建设提供了重要的技术保障。 In response to the urgent demand for efficient mining of complex coal seams with medium-thick to thin,analyzed the current situation of similar shearer at home and abroad,determined the overall structure form and main technical parameters of shearer,developed a high efficient mining MG650/1590-WD2 shearer suitable for medium-thick to thin complex coal seam with minimum mining height of 1.7 m,and introduced the key technologies such as shearer rocker arm shell,compact walking system,centralized refueling and centralized grease injection system,as well as on-site application of shearer.Industrial test results showed that the overall operation of this type of shearer runs stably,achieves safe and efficient mining,and provides important technical support for the mine construction of complex coal seam with medium-thick to thin.
