摘要
钻杆作为煤矿钻进施工中的重要工具,起着传递扭矩和输送钻井液的重要作用。施工过程中接头螺纹处应力集中是整根钻杆的薄弱环节,故接头的质量决定了钻杆的使用寿命。以高韧性高强度钻杆接头为研究目标,从化学成分、微观组织、断口扫描和力学性能方面对其提升前后调质态性能进行对比研究,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,现场试验结果与性能分析结果吻合,高韧性高强度钻杆更适合煤层顶板高位大直径定向瓦斯抽采钻进。
As an important tool in the drilling construction process of coal mine,drilling rod plays an important role in transmitting torque and conveying drilling fluid.The stress concentration at the thread joint during construction is the weak point of the entire drilling rod,so the quality of the joint determines the service life of the drilling rod.Took the high-toughness and high-strength drilling rod joint as research object,and conducted comparative research on its quenched and tempered state properties before and after upgrading from the perspectives of chemical composition,microstructure,fracture scanning,and mechanical properties.The field test was carried out.The results show that the field test results are consistent with the performance analysis results,and the high-toughness and high-strength drilling rod is more suitable for directional gas drainage drilling with high-diameter at the top of the coal seam.
