摘要
重载大功率采煤机作为高效矿业开采设备的重要组成部分,对牵引系统有着高可靠性、高效性的严格要求。通过对牵引部壳体材料、齿轮材料以及其他方面的研究来提升机械强度,从而实现牵引系统的高可靠性;通过提高牵引功率,使得牵引力更大、速度更高,从而实现高效快速牵引。
As an important part of high-efficiency mining equipment,heavy-duty and high-power shearers have strict requirements for high reliability and high efficiency of the traction system.Through the research and development of traction housing materials,gear materials and other aspects,the mechanical strength is improved,so as to achieve high reliability of the traction system.By increasing traction power,the traction force is larger and the speed is higher,so as to achieve efficient and fast traction.
